Connections directly from Prague are offered by SmartWings. It flies 4 times a week. The flight duration is 1:50 h and the plane covers a distance of 1,053 km. Prices currently range from CZK 3,000 to CZK 4,500.
Return tickets with 1 stopover in Vienna currently cost around CZK 3,000.
For a slightly higher price, you can also fly directly to Tirana from Katowice
in Poland.
However, you can also fly to nearby Corfu, where you can get on a boat not far from the airport that will take you to Saranda in 30 minutes, close to which is the pearl of the south, Ksamil. Ryanair currently offers flights from Vienna for around CZK 1,000 and from Prague for around CZK 3,500.
Saranda is otherwise a 4-hour drive from Tirana airport, so flying to Corfu is better.

The airport in Vlora should be in operation from 2025. It is being built by a Swiss company owned by the Kosovar-Albanian businessman and politician Behgjet Pacolli. There are also Turkish and Kosovar companies in the consortium participating in the construction.
In the first phase, an international airport should be built with an annual capacity of 1/2 million passengers per year, which will be increased to 670,000 passengers. The runway is also built for large ocean-going aircraft.
The route to Saranda would take 3 hours from the airport on the existing roads along a beautiful road through the mountains along the coast. However, new roads and tunnels are being built that will significantly shorten the route. At the same time, the government would like to build an airport in Saranda as well, but no one applied for the tender even a second time.
