Durres

This is one of the largest cities in Albania, situated on the shore of the Adriatic Sea. Durres is the main port in the country and was also the capital until 1920. It is located in the central part of the country, 33 km west of the metropolis of Tirana and approx.30–40 minutes drive from Tirana Airport, along the northern edge of the Draca Bay. Durres was founded in the 7th century (627) BC by Greek colonists from Corinth and Corfu who fled the Peloponnesian War. Durres is an ancient city, previously known by the name of Epidamnus and later Dyrrachium. It is the largest city on the coast and is the most visited tourist resort in Albania. Durres maintains regular connections with Italian ports.

Tirana

TIRANA Tirana is the capital of Albania. The population consists of 800,000 people. It is also the largest city in Albania. It is an inland city. It is named after the castle of Tirkan, which is most likely of ancient origin and is first documented in Byzantine records. The sea coast is 36 km from the city. The Tirana and Lana rivers flow through the city. There are several man-made lakes in the city.

Vlore Airport

Vlorë International Airport is an airport project that started construction in 2021 in the protected landscape area of ​​Vjosa, 10 km north of the city of Vlorë, Albania. It will be the third international airport in Albania after Tirana International Airport and Kukës International Airport. In addition to the construction of the airport, the project includes a port and an agritourism complex.

The new port of Durres

The new port of Durrës will be one of the largest tourist ports in the Mediterranean. Featuring 14 km of pristine natural beach, the community will be home to more than 12,000 residential units with more than 80,000 m2 of parks and open spaces, as well as entertainment, service and restaurant units. The Durrës Yachts & Marina development will also include a terminal that will connect Durrës with the glittering splendor of the Adriatic Sea.
