We will be responsible for the renting out of your property according to the criteria you select, with information being posted on many platforms. We will manage the reservations, check -in, check -out, cleaning and other necessary services.
Our rental management includes the following services:
Active management of advertising (special prices and occupancy support) on many different accommodation portals
Handing over the apartment to guests and administration at the end of the let ( check -in, check -out )
24 hours a day, 7 days a week customer service
Cleaning, washing bed linen, towels, tablecloths and curtains in our own laundry room
Replenishment of basic necessities
Technical repairs in the apartment
Monthly bill with itemised deductions taken from the rent
Other individual services as agreed with the apartment owner
We also communicate on behalf of the owner with the building association, energy suppliers etc.
Repairs up to a cost of EUR 50 are carried out automatically, more expensive repairs only after consultation with the owner or by agreement
The expected price with full use of all services is 15-20 % of the income generated by the property. You only pay when your property is producing income.
