If you are interested, we will be happy to arrange rental and management of the property. Thanks to our services, your apartment by the sea will become an interesting and stress-free investment that will bring both enjoyment for you and income.
First, we will visit the apartment, we will recommend the renovation and retrofitting of the apartment (we will take care of everything upon request), we will prepare a strategy and rental plan, a professional photographer will photograph the apartment, we will prepare a presentation of the apartment and a complete calculation of rental prices.
Our rental management includes the following services:
- Active management of advertising (special prices and occupancy support) on dozens of different accommodation portals
- Handing over and taking over the apartment to guests (check-in, check-out)
- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week customer service
- Cleaning, washing bed linen, towels, tablecloths and curtains in our own laundry room
- Replenishment of hygiene needs
- Technical repairs of the apartment
- 1 x monthly bill with sending of rent after deducting all costs
- Other individual services as agreed with the apartment owner
- We also communicate on behalf of the owner with the building association, energy suppliers
- Repairs up to EUR 50 are carried out automatically, larger ones after consultation with the owner or by agreement
- The expected price with full use of all services is 15–20% of the income of the property. You only pay us when you earn.
