We will maintain the property for you so you will have no worries about the practical side. From time to time we air it, turn on the air conditioning, remove any damaged items or make adjustments as you request.
We can provide full service for you
If you are interested, we will manage your property as if it were our own. Whether you use it only for yourself, partly or fully for rental. We always make an agreement on the scope of the services.
Our management includes the following services::
Cleaning, washing bed linen, towels, tablecloths and curtains.
Replenishment of basic requirements.
Technical repairs in the apartment.
Other individual services by agreement with the apartment owner.
We also communicate on behalf of the owner with the building association, energy suppliers
Repairs up to EUR 50 are carried out automatically, more expensive repairs only after consultation with the owner or by agreement
Ventilation and general control in the absence of the owner.
