We will prepare the property for you so that you don't have to worry about anything and can spend your first vacation by the sea in relative comfort. We also renovate older properties but only equip new properties with furniture and other necessities.
What about an older apartment?
If you decide to buy an older apartment, we will be happy to renovate it for you. We know quality local companies. We will be happy to resolve any problems so that you can enjoy your accommodation by the sea.
We can organise the following items for you:
- Demolition and clearance work,
- Plastering, painting,
- Tiling and grouting,
- Installation of a sink, toilet, bathtub or shower tray and doors,
- Interior door,
- Floors with a „click“ system (floating floors and some types of vinyl floors),
- Distribution of basic commodities (electricity, water, gas, heating, waste),
- Masonry,
- Windows and entrance doors,
- Parquet or glued linoleum.
